Furla, the Italian premium accessories brand opens its first new concept store at Greenbelt 5 in Makati City, Philippines, the city’s top fashion and luxury shopping destination. The new concept store draws inspiration from the architectural details of the beautifully restored 18th century Villa in Bologna, Italy - headquarter of the brand - where tradition fuses with contemporary design. 

Now there are four major stores and corners that have opened in Greenbelt 5 and Rustan’s Makati in Makati City, Shangri-la Plaza Mall in Mandaluyong City and Newport Mall in Pasay City.

If you loved Furla’s tinier take on their bestseller of the Candy (also known as theCookie), the colours black and gold, as well as studs, then you’ll definitely adore the Italian brand’s F/W13 offering, the Furla Studded Cookie.

A continuation of HMKM’s new global concept that drew its inspiration from the Furla headquarters in Bologna – a restored 18th century villa where traditional craftsmanship fuses with contemprary art and design. Its simplicity and elegance inspired HMKM to create a retailing concept that reflects the heart of Furla in a fresh and contemporary way.

The palette of colours centres on natural tones together with pastel colours. Materials span Italian travertine marble for the floor, rosewood that matches the opal glass for the furnishings, metals used both for the finishing of the walls and for the frames, and the colour ivory for the seating.
